Video Services Request Form
Please fill out the following form completely. It is critically important that you involve Video Services as early in the process as possible. If you don’t know the specific date, time and location of your shoot that is ok provided you contact us early enough.
Once this form is submitted we urge you to call 704.421.1111 within a few hours to confirm receipt and to make sure you are “on our radar.” Again, it’s ok to not have all the details figured out when you contact us. We will work with you to maximize the quality of your project and minimize the cost.
